micahzeff Posted December 30, 2009 Posted December 30, 2009 My vote for 2009 Habanos Cigar of the Year goes to the Diplomaticos #4. Not the sexiest cigar out there, but dependably well constructed and a bargain when compared to higher priced PC's with construction/consistency issues. Rich, sweet tobacco, it's a shame Habanos does not see fit to continue production of these gems.
