El Presidente Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 One of my favourite cigar books is the English version of "The Story of havana Cigars" by Gaspar J. Garcia Gallo & Wilfredo Correa Garcia. The first Spanish Language edition was printed in 1959 "Biographia del Tobacco Habano" The first English language Edition was printed in 2001. The book loses a litttle in its English translation but still retains a richness in its writing that I adore. I have copied here two poems from the book that I hope you enjoy. The first is in relation to cuban Tobacco and the second, homage to the Cuban cigar roller.
