eman67 Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 So I am a BIG fan of Cohiba cigars (the CC's...the NC's are crap IMO). Got my hands on an 07 box of Siglo III's 2 nights ago and couldn't wait to crack the lid...brings tears to my eyes...such beauty. Anywho the prelite was perfect as far as the amount of air passing through. I commence to ignite and I get faint floral notes at the start with a sugary sweet nuance at the head. Then about 1/2 inch in I get buttery cocoa which forms into a milk chocolate bliss. I can also detect roasted nutty note as things progress with a hint of jasmine or allspice. Burn time was appro 55 minutes. This could be the best Cohiba I have ever had...though young it was beautiful. I tried an 05 from a bro and I actually like the 07 better. awesome.
thechenman Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 Great commentary and nice review. It just goes to show...a great cigar does not have to be aged to be good. Thanks for sharing.
