Happy birthday...and enjoy your time in Tijuana. Haven't been there in ages. I grew up in Orange County (Huntington Beach) and we used to head South of the Border all the time in high school. Where else can you readily drink as a minor? It was always fun...well except for the one weekend I spen in jail down there. All I can say is stay out of troubhle...hahahaha...
