Ken Gargett Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 it has been reported that joe montana is selling/has sold his wine estate - "JOE MONTANA OF THE 49ers is trying to sell his Calistoga wine estate, Villa Montana, for $49 million. It spans more than 500 acres and the main residence features three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths." what i want to know is how the hell do you get half a bath. at the very least, shouldn't it be 4 baths, one of them small?
Colt45 Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 what i want to know is how the hell do you get half a bath. at the very least, shouldn't it be 4 baths, one of them small? KG, a half bath is a bathroom with sink and toilet but no shower or bathtub. I guess the real question would be why call it a bath at all.

Colt45 Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 so what we would call a toilet? For you, I guess anywhere over your deck railing.
Ken Gargett Posted November 19, 2009 Author Posted November 19, 2009 For you, I guess anywhere over your deck railing. preferably with you under it!
Colt45 Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 preferably with you under it! I suppose if my door swung a different way, I'd probably be chuffed - excited even. But as usual, I'll have to ask you to keep your golden shower fantasies to yourself - at least as they pertain to moi.

Habanos2000 Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 I'd like to propose a "Ken and Colt duke it out" section of FOH. Verbal gladiators, if you will.
Don Candido Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 You guys should find somewhere private to chat (and whatnot).
Ken Gargett Posted November 19, 2009 Author Posted November 19, 2009 You guys should find somewhere private to chat (and whatnot). DC, you really can't imagine how little enthusiasm i am able to muster for such tawdry thoughts. and i suspect i also speak for colt when i say that i'm sure he feels the same.
greenpimp Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 Methinks thou doth protest too much Ken. How a football player's wine estate thread turned to golden showers is beyond me...speaking of golden showers I wonder if Villa Montana produces any white wine...
Ken Gargett Posted November 19, 2009 Author Posted November 19, 2009 Methinks thou doth protest too much Ken.How a football player's wine estate thread turned to golden showers is beyond me... first, i don't think one could protest that enough. 2ndly, i was about to post exactly that. this forum needs a good hard look at itself and i blame troublemakers like colt and smithers.
Tampa1257 Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 Ken and Ross, If you two don't start playing nicely, I'm going to lock both of you in a room until you can play nice, nice. What goes on between you two is something the forum just doesn't need or want to know. Besides, it is just TMI anyway. I'll even make the room sound proof so that the lip syncing Millie Vanilla isn't heard by the rest of us!

Colt45 Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 All I'll add is that aside from his choice in music, fashion sense, technological inadequacies, constant whinging, and the company he keeps, KG and I get along famously. Sure, I have my foibles - but why dwell on those? I'm all for burying the hatchet.......
Tampa1257 Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 Good, because I didn't want to have to dig through Smithy's music collection to find the Millie Vanilla records, that is also known as cruel and unusual punishment!

Sure, I have my foibles - but why dwell on those? I'm all for burying the hatchet....... never the slightest need on my part for any hatchet, tho... when i said i was stepping on to a plane, of course, as it is with the cretinous morons at the stumbling wombat, i should have known better. 10 minutes before liftoff, they discover the aircraft is 'unservicable'. you'd think they'd be so sick of me but no, they just keep serving it up... they are beyond hopeless. they can't rely on having telstra as the worst company on the planet forever.
asmith Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 Good, because I didn't want to have to dig through Smithy's music collection to find the Millie Vanilla records, that is also known as cruel and unusual punishment! Tampa, I was supporting you in your threat to lock those two out for a while, but then you dragged me into this with a comment about Millie Vanilli, I have never owed the CD, and now I am tempted as Site Admin to suspend you with those other two. Now get back to the real issues here, was Joe as good a wine maker as he watch a QB?
Habanos2000 Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 now I am tempted as Site Admin to suspend you with those other two. So you really do have the power of the force...cool!
asmith Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 So you really do have the power of the force...cool! Yes I have been working on it for a while now and its coming along nicely. I can almost see the remote control for the TV move towards my hand when I concentrate really hard.
