Screw the diet coke;use the real thing. It is your daily treat. Eat normally,minus the excessive bread intake.
dizedean Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 It's no secret. Tampa's got it right. Calories in vs. Calories out Watch what and how much you eat. Exercise more. And drink plenty of water. I know this is not as much fun as the other replies. But it is sound advice.
