For those yet to see, member Taino (Federico) is involved in a wine project which allows one to create their own style of wine (not simply a custom label on a generic wine).

Personally, I find the concept rather exciting (imagine blending your own cigar with the help of knowledgeable craftspeople). I wish him and his colleagues the best of luck, and great success!

Straight malbec for me - maybe slovenian barrels, perhaps with a bit of blended french barrique......

One fo the partners at my firm did this a few years ago. He gave out bottles as Holdiay gifts. The wine was quite good. I think this is a very cool concept, and something that wine fans should definitely try. I've been trying to sell my wife on this idea from time to time. It takes convincing because it does not come cheap.
