doing anything to oysters other than a little lemon is sacrilege.

on the recent fraser trip, one of the guys had a seaffod contact so we got 10 dozen of he freshest. half way up the beach, the 6 of us stopped, opened a couple of bottles of fizz, and ate the lot.

heaven.

I totally agree Ken with the lemon being optional ;) my second favorite is UNI or sea urchin raw of course absolutely divine :cigar:;)
