Yesterday I had a Bolivar Especiales No. 2 ER Alemania 09.

What a great stick.

2.5 hours pure joy!

Nice development throughout the smoke, not typical Bolivar, but with interesting aroma.

Mild at the beginning and quite strong at the end.

I do really love them - more than the 5ta Avenida from the same year. But the smaller ring gauge is more my thing in general.

Been on vacation and it's been a busy one so far, haven't had much time to smoke. This morning I'm getting the smoker ready and enjoying my first time with this NC, ordered a fiver about a year ago. No verdict yet.

Punch Margarita with coffee. Ugly little cigar but nice nutty/earthy flavors and surprisingly complex for a 30 min smoke.

HdM Le Hoyo Du Prince this afternoon. First I've ever had and the first out of a RAE JUN 14 box from a recent 24:24.

Fantastic smoke, those who got them from today's 24:24 are in for a treat! Medium bodied and really well balanced, primary flavour is toasted tobacco with a subtle sweetness.
