Smoked a delicious RACF while it was on the cold smoke. Went to a LFdC Gran Cano next. Nice, light smoke. Great Tatuaje TAA 2014 with an Oyo Bourbon and DDP while I prepped the salmon and some Alaskan King crab cakes Currently smoking a HU Corona Major while the dogs nap.
