An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

C&C ‘14 especiales. Fantastic start to the day C&C with a Monte 4 C&C time today with a Perla picked up from 24:24

Last night the third disappointing RA Petit Belicosos RE in a row. The first two recently were horribly underfilled. This one was rolled well but quite bitter. Just off somehow. Not going to pick up any more of these, regardless of how low the GBP goes...

This morning a very nice 1998 Punch Corona for breakfast.

First proper Monte 4.What do I mean by that? Well its HQ, TUP ENE14 and rested for the recommended 30 days (well 29). I think I've only ever smoked 1 or 2 sticks over 4 years ago when I was starting out and those weren't stored properly. This stick was the first out of the box and was great, delicious creamy smoke with hints of chocolate, coffee and moving into espresso in the last third.

Also the snow has thawed in NYC and whilst it was still cold out it finally feels that spring is upon us!

Wow the wrapper looks so dark!

I know! no filters on that pic either, RAE code from 14, I cant remember if they were PSP or HQ. I have a box of RACC similar quality not quite as dark from 14 too, just as good. Been done for a couple hours, still savoring/reminsicing.

BBF 2012

Not a lot of flavor transition, but just intensity from start to finish. I love these. Final third is beautiful. Has a lot of similarities to opus x in terms of intensity, strength, and long lasting flavor on the palette.
