CUBANO Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 Holy wow, I have hated every erdm I have smoked. But this elgantes swiss RE was delicious. 92 easy. Anyone know how these stack up against the Asia Pacific erdm? Sent by telepathic super powers -Stogie Boy I've been thinking of getting some. So they are box worthy? 2
Bartolomeo Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 08 LGC Gloriosos RE UK.....one of the few RE worthy of their current cost 1
rmill3r Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 My first RyJ, a '12 Ex No. 4. You guys are crazy with your "cherry" notes... Then again, I'm starting to see it... Power of persuasion? 4
Lant63 Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 I don't know about the smoke but I do love the red solo cup in the floor!! Ahhhh adds to the charm. I've been thinking of getting some. So they are box worthy? I believe so, yes. I may have to try some other ERDM RE. If the Choix supreme tasted anywhere close to it I would have multiple boxes of them in my humidor.
finecigar Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 I had a box of ERdM Anniversarios that I went through very quickly but not ready to buy another one yet due to the price point... They were delicious fresh and I could imagine only better with the added couple years. Only drawback for me was the ring gauge. Lant63, I would go for either. 1
finecigar Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Tonight I am smoking a Behike 54 OR and LGC MdO No 1... I am savoring this night because I will be back on a medicine for a couple weeks that makes it unenjoyable to smoke, then comes a surgery possibility that will also push back my next good cigar experience. Thankful for the health advancements that keep me able to continue about my day without severe pain. Be an excuse for my cigars to get some extra age 3

finecigar Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Thanks! I greatly appreciate it. Nothing too life threatening, just a slowdown on smoking for the season likely. Will be spending more time reading about cigars.

tjohn7 Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Had my first RyJ Short Churchill last night. A good smoke, but nothing remarkable. After Piggy's post yesterday I feel like I'm hyper-critical of all my smokes It's getting tough to smoke here in Michigan as the seasons change. The temperature was 35F when I finished up. Gonna have to move in to my local cigar bars 'til spring. 1

I agree with you on the ryj I have yet to have one that has really impressed me. That's why I don't have a box in my humidor. Sent by telepathic super powers -Stogie Boy

Sent by telepathic super powers -Stogie Boy I just haven't been very impressed by RyJ as a marca. I'd much rather spend my time and money on others, especially if I'm freezing my balls off smoking outside 2
