subport Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 HU RR and a good pint of Pilsner ImageUploadedByTapatalk1405474276.625361.jpg Never tried myself though bought 3 boxes. 2 of them went deep inside my cooly. I'm thinking about to crack open the first box soon. The upcoming weekend planed to other direction but maybe a week later High hopes, maybe too much expectations.
nem Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Smoked a Bolivar Gold Medal tonight. Sweet, satisfying, yet complex cigar that produced tons of smoke. Reminded me a little of the Partagas Lonsdale, but not quite as spicy. It's a shame that they were re-discontinued.
Bostin Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 just had to try one, got them from our host 2 days ago Skickas från min iPhone via Tapatalk

Grahamsant Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 HDM Epicure no. 2 this afternoon. It's band less as this was actually no 2 of the blind tasting test! I gracefully bowed out in fear that I night beat you all!!! (Or...I actually had just no time for the first few cigars and probably would have failed anyway!) To me it tastes like fresh tea leaves and I've had the occasional hint of honeycomb!!! Hmm...tasty!
Grahamsant Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Okay, before you all roll your eyes and call me a noob. ..yes...I know I am still pretty green when it come to cigars. Anyway, my HDM had quite a tight draw but was burning evenly for the most part until this happened (see pic). From my understanding, a plugged cigar generally gets little to no smoke at all coming through whereas this, although slightly on the tight side has been fine. So what causes this weird burn pattern? Is it semi-plugged? Is that even a thing?
Maplepie Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Oooh, it's complicated to explain and can be caused by a huge variety of things. If anyone wants to type it up before i, do so. But I'll answer when I can type with all 10 of my digits instead of just two Sent by the Enigma on BlackBerry.
