Such good banter, with evolution, coming and going regular posters. Enjoyed so many of Nino's, Art's, Phoenix', Claus' and so other members' posts with great pictures and comments. Above all, so much information regarding which cigars have been appreciated over the years, which have been consistently miserable and which have evolved from one to the other... Thanks to everybody for sharing, I continue to be but a student of the smoke. I shall post some of my dailies in time

Popular Post Rye Posted July 11, 2014 Popular Post Posted July 11, 2014 So, I took a bunch of 4 day old farmies and sealed them in a jar, kept outside of my humidor, with only a hygrometer and a drilled out tubo filled with beads sealed in with them. That was just over a year and a half ago. We cracked that jar tonight and shared the cigars. The experiment was a huge success, and these tasted smooth well beyond their years. We all nubbed them equally. I will do this again, but go for 5-10 years next time. (If I can get my paws on equally worthy cigars) 11

A little spice at first, then dominated by stone fruit, almost "juicy" at times. Still a little youth on this cigar but will be a humdinger with some age. EDIT - 10:51 PM Just noticed Ken and the Pres did a video review of the the SLR Regio of about the same age...sounds like we smoked the same cigar. Maybe my taste doesn't suck as bad as I'm doing in the Blind Tasting... 2
