pbibby Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 Yeah the grave says the guy was a cousin of a governor of India or something, the church is around 900 years old I think but there is an earli Christian alter in the yard that is over 1000 years old, it's showing its age now though lol. Little John's grave is in the town over from me about 2 hours walk That's awesome!

mk05 Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 Met up with some locals and shared some cigars I recently was gifted. Monte Double Edmundo was incredibly floral and made me change my mind about what to expect from Montecristo as a marca. HU Connie A was outstanding, as if Tabacuba was saying, "yep, we can put out a good cigar when we want. First taste is free." I think they are both must buys of 2014.

b4z00k4 Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 2013 JLPC Not impressed. Very little flavor at all. Tossed it at about halfway. Now smoking a 2008 PLPC. Much better.

Optic101 Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 2011 H. Upmann Royal Robusto. Smoking very well...... How would you compare the 2011 to the 2012 production ? Only have 2012 and 2013. Haven't tired the 2013 but the 2012 are very nice IMO. Do you see potential down the road?
JoeyGunz Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 fresh Quintero Favoritas, glad to have a bundle on hand
