FOH'ers Daily Smoke

The Slendy was very good! Lots of flavour for such a small roll. The SLR was very muted at first. The last half was far better. Draw was a bit firm but very tasty.

I love mag 50s how was the 09?

An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

C&C ‘14 especiales. Fantastic start to the day C&C with a Monte 4 C&C time today with a Perla picked up from 24:24

Slendy - Awesome!!! It's not just me that thinks so :D I think that size is probably the one cigar where you KNOW the wrapper leaf plays a huge part in the flavour profile.

SLR - Dammit, sorry to hear the first half sucked. I'll make it up to you next time we meet. I think I have a different marca Lonsdale that will satisfy better :)

First a ghastly Los Statos Deluxe from 1998 that I pitched after 1.5 inches. Then a nice Partagas Petit Robusto from the Travel Retail Selecion. Very toothy wrapper on that one.

Rob, this is only my first box. A buddy of mine gave me one last year that was so flavorful I swore it had at least 5-6 years of age but turned out it was only 2 years old if that. When I bought my box dated sometime in 2011, they didn't taste like his but I'm determined not to give up LOL!!! Have only had 4 or 5 out of the box and I feel like these are not rolled properly as I'm not getting good draw and smoke volume sadly. I will keep smoking through this box periodically and once they hit stride more so, but it's the worst constructed box I have and just not as enjoyable as I hoped. A buddy swears by deputes too and another loves the whole french series.

The Fundy was excellent. Very smooth, sweet, savoury.

The best? Probably the RyJ Fabulosos No 1. The Mag 50 I smoked was interesting. The last half smoke like a La Escepcion. Very stealthy power buildup, lots of tangy, rich tobacco flavour as well. I haven't touched my Mag 50's for at least 18 months. It surprised me.

On the downside. The Super Ramon smoked a bit "sick". I smoked a few in the summer that were flavour bombs. Maybe I got a dud or these need to sleep for a bit.
