Rye Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 From a trade. Amazing. Blessed to have ever tried something with this much age. WOW!
johnhenry Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Had my last old band cola on new years eve. Top 10 ever! Smoking a 2012 Tat TAA. Tonight. Just cracked a fresh box and let me tell you these are smoking famouse.
Rye Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 A HL farm rolled custom clean foot robusto from Nov13. While the flavors are showing it is much too tannic and young. I should've waited, like I was told.
potpest Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 My first fresh Hoyo Des Dieux and what a suprise: cinnamon, cream, wood, vanilla, unreal, an easy 93, regretting making my purchases yesterday before i tried these Edit: just ordered a box of these; stellar from start to finish
srbbones Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Here's to a good season Steelers! Happy golf season! If anyone is bored, go check out the hashtag #cohiba on Instagram. Hours and hours of mindless entertainment! Even though I am not a Steelers fan, I can say: You were Robbed!
Lant63 Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Dec 31 afternoon.....13 LFDC Grandioso RE Asia ....Very, very, very good cigar.......My fav 2013 release, it was a little stronger than the UK release and a tad sweeter, both are good but this is a better value long term, I am letting my boxes sit but I could easily smoke this everyday, very enjoyable Bart™ Just bought three boxes. Hope they are as good as everyone says they are!!
potpest Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 My first(another) Punch DC,nice start, seems to be evolving nicely

sengjc Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Romeo y Julieta Hermosos No. 4. If memory serves me well, this is from 2010. Rather closed still and does not appear to possess the same level of flavour intensity the 2008 & 2009 batches do. Still a lovely smoke nonetheless.
CaptainQuintero Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 My first fresh Hoyo Des Dieux and what a suprise: cinnamon, cream, wood, vanilla, unreal, an easy 93, regretting making my purchases yesterday before i tried these Edit: just ordered a box of these; stellar from start to finish That burn! *drool*
LordAnubis Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 No real big story tonight. Decided im going to have a BOTL gift smokes weekend. Tonight fired up a stick gifted by Alan while i was in London (cheers mate!). I've never tried this marca before, and have always wanted to. SLR of some sort (Corona size). Cigar had some nuts and pot purri type flavours. Some times a bit of fruit. The finish what i could only describe as a spray can taste. I guess this is what people associate to a metallic taste to cigars. It wasn't bad, it was just different to me, first time tasting that in a cigar. Cigar burnt perfectly for the whole innings. Do i like the marca? From this tasting, not so much. More of a toast and cream flavours man myself. Thank you very much for giving me this opportunity to try it Alan! Look forward to herfing it up with you boys again in a month or so. And sorry West, no monkey porn to report tonight
Tino Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 A very nice Partagas Serie C No 3 EL 2012, a lot of legs in this cigar based on today's showing.

It's too bad you didn't enjoy it because usually those cigars are really good. Don't give up on the marca LordAnubis because although SLR doesn't produce a wide variety, the few they produce can be excellent. Better luck next time!
