Enjoyable but definitely need laying down, second third tasted very young and dirty but picked up again in the last third. Still, they showed huge potential. I'm looking forward to these in the years to come.
riazp Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 SLR Regios. FIrst time I smoke one of these, very enjoyable, good change of pace robusto. Dont think i'd keep these in my rotation though, Prefer the ERDM CS or Hoyo epi 2 for lighter robustos, but very good cigar none the less

Look at that bunching... honestly I haven't seen that in a while. Went through rest of the box, pretty much the same throughout. Tasted no better than sweaty sticky socks up until now, 3 year sick period?

I wish there was a Ramon allones, bolivar, and possibly Cohiba version. All of the ones I've smoked have had amazing construction and great smoke production not to mention flavor!

All of the ones I've smoked have had amazing construction and great smoke production not to mention flavor! I was surprised how nice they were, I tried them based on the FOH video review. Although a completely different vitola; I feel they are similar in flavour to the P2, which is one of my favourite cigars.

livedavid Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 That's all in one night?! LOL. No, but in the last few days... I did have the ERDM, then the RASS and finished with the Gold Medal all yesterday afternoon. A three cigar day is an extremely rare for me.
