I was indoctrinated when Phoenix gave me a 2010 CCE from a 5x5 at last years MTL herf... I couldn't even talk while I was smoking it. Thank god I have a few of these left.

San Cristobal Papagayo.

Paired with some Johnnie Walker Gold 18 YO the Centenary Blend.

The profile of the smoke which is mildly toasty mingles well with the oaky scotch. Very nice mix, the sweetness from the smoke is accentuated with the rich wood character of the malt.
