It's my favorite south Florida cigar lounge. I have been to merchants several times but usually spend my evenings during the week (when I am working up in NYC) at the Wall Street Humidor downtown. Anything from the Le Hoyo series of that age should be bandless. Had a 2000 Part Presidentes that a friend rerolled as robustos... since the box was plugged. And your right the Le Hoyo series didnt have bands in the SLBs until 2005 and I'm pretty sure they were the new bands..
