FOH'ers Daily Smoke

Recommended Posts

Probably not to most people's taste here, but enjoying an Ashton VSG lonsdale with about a year of age on it. Far better than ROTT. Nice black coffee flavor, toasted tobacco and a rich cream on the finish. I guess that makes it of of a Cafe Cuban flavor with some sweeteness on the finish as well.

An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

C&C ‘14 especiales. Fantastic start to the day C&C with a Monte 4 C&C time today with a Perla picked up from 24:24

Played my favorite course this morning (Lodestone in Mchenry, MD) so a grabbed a special cigar PL Encanto.. I've had a few with tight draws from this box but this one smoked wonderful

Followed that up with a fantastic 2012 Epi 2 at the lake. A great day made even better by a great smoke. These are quickly becoming one of my favorite sticks. Never disappoints!

I then finished up with a very average 2012 BRC this afternoon.

My good friend just played lodestone a few weeks ago said it was one of the best courses he's played. Do you make it up to nemacolin woodlands at all mystic rock is a beautiful and difficult course. It's only 20 minutes from me

I wish brother. I just looked up flight and they are $1,000 round trip. Can't pull that off with the wife . . . who's mom just surprised us and is staying for a week. So in effect, if given notice of this wonderful surprise trip, I could have planned ahead and come. Steaming mad!!! Next year big guy. Have fun and don't get too Keithed® smile.png

The registration was disallowed for KeithedTM. Riaz was only able to secure a trademark agreement for that, unfortunately. We've been negotiating with manufacturers about a t-shirt deal, but it might be unlikely. The focus groups for product testing found that the image was too startling and terrifying for young children and those with gall bladder issues.

Yea we usually play mystic a couple times a year I know a guy up there that gets us on for $50.. But since Lodestone opened we tend to go there more, theirs just somethin about that track that I love.

The return of Romeo?? Could it be? Found a beautiful box of Belicoso at a local shop, and WOW! Very tasty indeed! post-13208-13744279514016.jpg

Happened to smoke the same cigar yesterday afternoon, gifted to me a couple of weeks ago. I was also surprised at how nice it was! First Belicoso I had, might have to try another one some day to see if it was a fluke.

Enjoyed a nice Liga Privada in the afternoon. Plenty of wood, some pepper and sweetness in the background and cereal at the end. Topped of the night with Parti Lusi cabinet 1997. Just a glorious smoke with just good ol' aged Cuban tobacco. Smoked it all the way down....

Had a 2012 PSD4 this afternoon.. It had a very loose draw but showed some flavors about 1/3 into it and then they disappeared shortly after.. Overall I keep trying to like these but I haven't had one that impressed me as of yet

Some recent smokes for me:

03 Des Dieux......sweet and creamy

12 CoRo.....excellent, I will put these against CoRo from 09-11 anyday

VKE DIC 05 Corona Grandes Montecristo Tubo.....excellent example of traditional Monte profile

12 SLR Regios....very fresh, very good

03 Part Corona....classic Partagas profile, whole box is very consistent

09 VR Unicos.....loved this, Unicos are my favorite piramide when on and this was on

12 Dip RE.....enjoyable, still need some time but definitely has the Dip profile

09 PL Pan....having these in the AM, very sweet, prefer these over the PLPC right now from same year

08 Upmann Conn #1.....very good, prefer over the 09-11, have not had a 12 from memory

09 ERDM Epoque RE......a lot better than previous ones I had a month ago, buying more

Smoked a very fresh (mar13) SLR Regio today. Exactly what I wanted regardless of the fact that they have spent the vast majority of their short lives in cargo holds so far.

Enjoyed an ED 54 Mexico last night. Beautiful night, but a little on the windy side. A beautiful velvety touch to this cigar. Great construction, draw and burn. Got plenty of toasty, woody aromas with a touch of pepper and an incredible underlying sweetness throughout the entire smoke....couldn't quite put my finger on it, but it was very nice.
