On the Mid-Autumn Festival, I went to the northeast of China and had mutton soup in the morning market. It was just the season for bladder cherry. I had this for the first time. It was sour and sweet. I came back to Shanghai last night and relaxed here today, eating hazelnuts bought from Northeast China and smoking cigars at the same time. It's great!

This one deserves a review. Very classy smoke this, you know those posher boxes of chocolate where there's the coaco dusting on top, there's a strong throughline of that, plus a deep earth and a sweeter prune note reminscent of RASS. Top drawer Cuban Robusto. Full marks.

It reminded me of those dark plums I  used to get off my grandma's tree when I was just a kid. The BRC was a solid stick as was the CORO. But at today's price point, Habanos may be in trouble with the CORO. I see them collecting dust.

Happy Bday @Greenhorn2 🎂! JL2 is also one of my fav CC Robustos, and I wish that I had more boxes of JL2 since it's a reliable and tasty Cigarpresso.
