Yesterday a 2007 Monty 4 Reserva. Made with tobacco from 2002 this was stronger than I expected but burn, draw and construction were perfect.

A great gift from a BOTL and ended up one if the best cigars I've had in a long time.

An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

didn't even know they had mc4 reservas LOL!!

Have a look at Trevor's web site for all the details. The only downside is it is likely the last one I'll ever have.

Smoked a delicious ERdM Grandes de España from 2005 last night. Perfect draw, pre-draw tasted like Coca Cola, lit up without hassle. Nice smooth flavors with palpable smoke that I found myself trying to chew. I had three and after smoking it my count of enchanted objects had diminished by one.

Mine suffer the same underfilled problems but are very rich.

Smoking an early '90s Punch RS12. So strong. I'm dying, melting into my chair

2011 La Escepcion Italy RE.. These have been absolutely amazing! It's started out very strong, tons of smoke and intense pepper. Second half mellowed out a bit and had a very nice creamy flavor. Its hard to believe these will only get better with age their an absolute treat right now!

Had a La Palina Goldie No 5 earlier today! Really something... Easily in the top 10 best NCs I've had. Glad I got a couple boxes, they are worth the price IMO. Was a very Cuban-esque smoke that was creamy, earthy, and full of some strong fruit flavors. Prefer it better than the first Goldie for some reason.

Montecristo Especial #2 BD 1999. Very very smooth, and starts out very light. Luckily it builds a bit after the first third. First one from this box but I think they won't benefit from further aging. Time to smoke them now!

Perfect draw and burn.

Come to think of it, that is probably the oldest Montecristo I ever smoked. Hard to find Montes older than 10 years for any kind of reasonable money.

Paired with Kilchoman Machir Bay 2012 release. A bit too powerful to drink with such a subtle stick.
