Thank you kindly! For me the Casilda is such a perfect cigar. It’s like smoking a really big fundy. I’ll be smoking those for years to come. I’m lucky to still have a full book and like 6 from the first book. Thanks for the Talisman Elliot. Nothing to sneeze at. @SigmundChurchill and I also smoked some Cohiba DC’s EL 2003 out in St Tropez. The only 2 I had left. Happy I smoked them with Elliot on an incredible vacation. 
 

Today is my actual birthday and I smoked this puppy. Mag 56 EL. Cheers all!

It was absolutely scarce here in Southern California for years. Literally a 6 pack per store weekly. so a casual shopper would never see it. Just rumors. Limit 1 bottle per customer. in the last couple years they increased distribution and i have seen a case show up to some brick and mortar shops. also on tap locally. Good to see.

That’s a tough one. The Casildas are amazing. If I had a gun to my head, I would pick them. But the 7 year old Talismans are pretty damn good right now. Definitely a very close second.

Excellent meet up tonight. Company as always. Got to try a 60s upmann crystales from a 50 jar thanks to one of the crew. Then a fatty Fundy - no pic! Then the north star. All great cigars in their own way. And scored 3 Grandes thanks to Leif. Washed down with beer and, also new to me, Aberfeldy 12 that tasted great after all those cigars 😜

All smoked great. Esmeralda was one of the better examples I’ve had. Patina was surprisingly good. The ace of heart was good as well
