Just a few small lakes near my house that are stocked with speckled trout and small mouth bass. Grassy, nutty, no fruitiness. Took ages to smoke cos of erratic burn. Nice. Monte 1 from 2021. Also a great slow smoke, with some Gosset Champagne a great match in the sun. Twang. Twangiferous. This was circa 2019 and after 5 years in the humi it has elevated to another level. Excellent. The Ox is slow but the Earth is patient. RG Perlas very consistent.
