I have 3 boxes from 2017. I switch between them. So far they have been smoking good to great. Flavors on point so far...Never had one that disappoints. Maybe yours as you say...In a sick period. Give it a rest...Smoke one after a couple of months. Hope this helps.

Couple of recents:

JLS2 from 2018: looked fugly, tasted good. Fairly strong still. The JL citrus was there. Should I buy another box? I don’t want one often, but they are usually very satisfying when I do.

MdO4 from 2017: tight draw but workable. Jeez these have such a complex, savoury profile. This was great to the last third but then tightened up too much in cool outdoor conditions. A super, old-school cigar.

Monte Esp.2 2019: tight draw, needed a poke. Cuban quality control is a joke. Pretty classic concentrated Monte cocoa here. I love this size, but there are only two left in the catalogue.

Nudies Queen Corona. I didn’t love this I’m afraid, it was a bit peppery for me. Lovely appearance and construction though. I’ll just rest the others and try again later.

H Upmann Half Corona. This little cigar (44x3.5) is designed for if you only have 20 mins. A firm favourite on the forum. This is my first ever one, 6 years age on it. Pure shortbread, shortbread dunked in coffee, maybe even the shortbread fell in. For what it is; phenomenal. Wham bam thank you mam.
