An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

C&C ‘14 especiales. Fantastic start to the day C&C with a Monte 4 C&C time today with a Perla picked up from 24:24

Maestro del Tiempo tonight. Spicy start but thankfully calms down quickly. Then not much going on. I mean it's ok. Just pretty inoffensive. There is a finish to it though.

Sorry to hear it wasn't as successful as the Le Monde.   I know what you mean.  I had high hopes for them, but they definitely didn't set my heart aflame.  I enjoyed the meandering walnuty flavour of them,  but apart from maybe seeking out a Clementes Fume de Amor, my interest in Warped as a brand has lessened.

Thanks for the chance to try! I'd likely have never stumbled in that direction with the plethora of availability in the NC multi-verse! I think part of the disappointment is from the 3 mentions of Criollo and Corojo in the description. Early days educating my heavily tainted palate still.

Shame. I have never had Warped cigars and they seem like members' fav NCs in the forum.

I'll add I think this is somewhat understandable. Partly given my journey through NC has been generally below par. This was OK. But perhaps my expectations are just often wrong/misdirected. I had had a Petit Royales, 2023, the day before. And although fresh. It did have a lot more intensity and quite a bit going on!

Fume d'Amour is Illusione which, as a brand, is one of my favorites.

My mistake, thanks for the correction. Warped and Illusione were first on my list of NCs to give a try, and now I'm constantly mixing the various lines up in my head between those two brands.

Fantastic cigar. Have only smoked a couple so far. No rush on these. Very rich!

Que bueno!

I am just getting into Corojo and Criollo. haha.  I have only been smoking mostly Padrons and Fuentes in the NC world until Tatuaje Verocu Blue blew me away.  I bet the price of NCs are still insance in London due to their tobacco tax, right?

A Tatuaje brand cigar will cost from about £20. The lesser known and value brands can be a lot cheaper than that, say from £10 for a PC or PR size. But, a darn sight cheaper than CC on the whole!
