An RE Friday with @Nate Chu C&C for a Saturday morning with this Sir Winston from 03. Today is going to be great if this cigar is anything to judge it by. What a super smooth star

First cigar of the year.

C&C ‘14 especiales. Fantastic start to the day C&C with a Monte 4 C&C time today with a Perla picked up from 24:24

@Habana Mike started one during Covid. It took awhile to find because it was titled, "No time like the present..." but that thread goes for 38 pages and is a great read. Thanks West, great memories of good cigars there and of course, of Mike himself!

That was a great thread. Mike may no longer be with us but I for one will always be appreciative of the way he shared his vast knowledge and experience with all. I often think of this thread when digging through my humidor and grab a stick I might have left for later.

Thanks John for reference.

Unusual C&C opportunity for me this am so I took it. J-O CG. It has been resting for about 2 years. A lovely smoke. A bit of graham cracker and some caramel. On to do some electrical work replacing some switches.

The first 2/3 was really good and the last third was OK, but the cigar would have benefitted from some more rest. That being said, overall it was great. If the last third performed like the first two, I would put this at a 95/96 cigar. You may want to visit your 2019's, they might be good to go. I'm not much on describing the flavor nuances but the first third had mostly a sweet grassy/tobacco. Second third got real creamy smoke with hits of sweet honey a vanilla. The last third had a faint fruit. Kind of reminded me of a cantelope/ mush melon which seemed weird to me.
