It kept burning up one side, running like crazy, and no amount of touching it up with the lighter was helping. Then the memories of the old high school days kicked in when the left handed cigarettes went to running and you wiped some slobber on it. This technique works well on cigars. Edit: I ran out of patience and slobber. Pitched the poorly constructed bish a little over half way. The breeze and humid air on the coast probably didn't help any. This stick had a lot of woody and light pepper notes when the burn was good. You're going to get a dud every now and then.
