Took my time with this one, ~1:20 to get to the last half inch, and I’m still getting nothing but cocoa off it, none of the cream, biscuit, sweet spice, citrus zest, etc. from the tasting notes. Don’t think the hot humid weather here is entirely to blame, burn was flawless without need for a single touch-up or relight.
