Smoking three whole chickens on the Joe while smoking a J-O Mag 48.
 

Less than 30 days rest and already a delicate mid to light smoke. light sheen on the wrapper and flavor evolving like a member of the Hoyo marca, particularly in second and final thirds. I’ll never know, but quite enjoyable while waiting for the cook/rest phase to complete so I can pull the chickens.
