A good few days. 
MEL OCT 15 RACA. Very good. 
MUP OCT 18 Punch La Isla. After reading that these should be smoked now I cracked a new box to sample one as it’s been a while since I’ve had one. It was great and I don’t see a need to rush through them. 
Tonight a PTG MAR 20 BBF. Always good.

AMO ABR 16 for Seton Hall / DePaul game. Have not smoked an Esplendido in a while, the price increases now make a new box unlikely to arrive on my door step for the foreseeable future. I need too many new fishing rods unfortunately.

Hall is looking like its starting to make a tournament case. Would be fun to see them sneak in. Big game against Creighton coming up in that regard.

Davidoff Sig No. 1, sweet, grainy, wheaty, fruity, oaky, toasted bread and cedar with a light pepper to start and black pepper on the last 3rd.  Complex and light to medium. Construction is good. I will buy more

My favorite smoke so far in 23, a 2020 H. Upmann Sir Winston, nice white gray ash and construction. Flavor is intense.

Yup, for me certainly a notch above. Indeed, even these simple MMs are currently not readily available - and where they are, often coming with a max order limit.

(in fact, almost making a decade, first released mid 2014.... time flies 😄)

My smoke today was a VR Unicos from BRE JUN 18. Coming along nicely, has calmed down a lot but still full of flavour and interest.

I am guessing you have one stick stashed away and not one box. And I believe you have numerous fine cigars to smoke, before you consider this one.
 

With that said, IMHO, this cigar is good now, but not Selecto Fino good. Then again, very few RE are that good. I would suggest you wait for a few more year. However, if you have one full box, I think you should smoke one now and see how it has improved over the years. Cheers!
