that’s  a great vid, must of been one of the only times it ever happened as Duane died the nest year.

edit… man, I’m still listening, if anyone like these guys check this out. It’s awesome never heard it before. I’ve seen AB in more shows than I can remember and EC dozens of times. This is gold.

These were two back to back great NC smokes: 1)Fuente Fuentes Opus X Petit Lancero (from late 2022 release) and 2) Illusione Epernay D'Aosta (purchased in 2022).

9/10 on both smokes. 

Here's an NC I don't come across that often.... Le Re is from the Canary Islands. Known for its high concentration of canaries and flying canaries. Also, an HYD EP1 from 2021. One of my first box purchases, seeing how they change over time. Both were fine if not a bit uneventful at times. No bad parts.

No idea if these are good, about to find out. First pre rolled NC I’ve bought in almost a decade on the suggestion of a member.

Edit… my mini review:

bought a fiver, pretty close to a britanicas extra which is far and away my favorite vitola. Seamless wrapper, draw is a bit open for my liking but well within bounds. Cold draw has 0 flavor. I get nothing.

Very light to start off, no pepper nothing to make me love or hate it. This is ROTT, so take that into consideration. Getting a bit of mineral on the tongue, might need to lose some moisture.

If I remember correctly, sometimes a Cameroon wrapper is said to impart some sweetness. I’ve experienced that but I don’t get it here.

Halfway in , not much character. There is nothing offensive about the cigar and nothing to write home about. Burn line is getting a bit wonky. Draw is a bit too open. In some ways it reminds me of a flor de valle by Warped as they were when first released by Kyle.

Ends up not much different than how it started. I’ll leave the flavor wheel descriptions to the experts. I would not recommend it as anything close to a CC replacement. Not to say it’s not enjoyable, it’s a good cigar and worth trying but it’s far from a great one.. at least at this stage.

Rosado wrapper on this Coni A from 2021 had me hopeful. I was disappointed . 89 points as I had to constantly touch up the flame retardant wrapper. Unfortunate as my Party 898 from this morning was a 94 pointer in my book! Selfie review that I missed so here you can all see my pretty mug 😘
