Having a sorrow smoke…BRUTAL times in the mortgage industry right now. Lots of people losing their jobs because the fed kept mortgage rates artificially low for a year too long. I’ve been joking that the industry is in the midst of the French Revolution with heads rolling down the street, it’s a bloodbath.
