Popular Post Glass Half Full Posted July 17, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 17, 2022 Especial No. 1 (thanks to an FOH friend). ...While it doesn't hold a candle to Puro y Vino's La Escepcion SF (which I believe was the best cigar that I have over had), this one is a wonderful reminder of the enjoyment to be had from a long and skinny. Good fortune that it happened on the same Sunday afternoon :) 22

GoodStix Posted July 18, 2022 Posted July 18, 2022 @jakebarnes what did you think of the Corona Claro? I’ve been tempted to buy a box (if the opportunity arises) after reading @Kaptain Karl‘s praise for the Corona, despite the fact that I’ve smoked several QdO 50 and 54 and find them too mild in flavour. I’m hoping the smaller rg Corona has more flavour. 🤞 I’d be happy with the orange creamsicle KK described, when I feel like something lighter. What did you think? 4
Popular Post karp Posted July 18, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 18, 2022 A few last ones of the vacation. Bolivar no1 tubos nailed it. 21
Popular Post RDB Posted July 18, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 18, 2022 I have been loving Monte 1s recently. This is from a new box GEL OCT 21. Good draw (often a problem with M#1) wonderful Monte flavours of cocoa and yes the lemon edge. Started light bodied, but built and built. Smoking great now, dive in. 18
Popular Post hrs1 Posted July 18, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 18, 2022 Splendid Sunday afternoon with Sir Winston. Have a great week all! 21 1

What did you think? @GoodStix I am a big fan of the QdO Corona Claro. This particular one was TUA ENE 21. This was sort of a status check on this particular box. I would say that the Corona is a fuller-flavored cigar but definitely falls into the lighter spectrum overall. The cigar I had last night started light in body. Mainly cream and wood notes overall with a move towards medium with a bit of spice. I've found that in time, that latter note mellows a bit and that citrus flavor starts to come through more with a more defined creaminess. This one definitely needs more time to really shine. Gonna revisit in a few months. 4 1
Popular Post rusty007 Posted July 18, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 18, 2022 RyJ Petite Royales, 2021 Having been out of the game for quite a while these little beasts had completely passed me by. Young, a bit fuller than expected for a RyJ, but some nice creamy sweetness early on gives me hope that they will age gracefully. I've been searching for a"go-to" 30 minute smoke suitable for the long UK winters, and having been disappointed by both HUHCs and Monte MCs in the past, I'm hoping I've found my solution. Any other suggestions, please DM me! 16
Popular Post patrickamory Posted July 18, 2022 Popular Post Posted July 18, 2022 Tatuaje 7th Tuxtla. Perfectly okay, but I'm not sure why people are so into this cigar. I got a 5-pack so I'll give it another chance. ERDM DT. Almost nubbed it before I grabbed a pic. Just splendid. 16
