Popular Post karp
Unorthodox, but decided to have two small cigars rather than one larger one… Upmann HC - coffee and shortbread vs Partagas Shorts spice and hazelnut. Party won this round but it was close. HUHC needs more time perhaps..

Popular Post KnightsAnole
I hardly ever pull these big cigars out anymore, it’s now strictly 42rg and under and fresher the better. But, if there was ever a time, Sunday morning seems right to me. One of the notable regionals from my decade of collecting and one of the best imo.

Popular Post Spaceman Spiff
19 or 20 Casa Cuba Lancero (I think they call it doble seis maybe? Something like that.) I have to admit, Dominican tobacco is definitely not my favorite. At times I believe I find it to be almost sickly sweet in profile. I think my order would be Cuban > Honduran > Nicaraguan > Dominican but there are certainly outliers and the Casa Cuba is one (Litto Gomez Small Batch would be the other!) as the Casa Cuba has such a complex, spicy yet smooth profile to it. I have an extra box I set aside for aging and I am excited to see how they perform after some further aging!

On that note, Aladino has really been knocking it out of the park lately! 1

Popular Post BoliDan
Too cold. I'm only having 1 or 2 sticks a month. Yeah, the end fell in my coffee while setting up the shot. It's fine though 👍 28

Is it ventilated? You'd think they would need to pump in a ton of humidity if they are venting it out.

All I know is that every cigar shop used to let you smoke inside. In NYC and NJ they still do. I think it is weird when I go to other places and they DON'T let you smoke in a cigar shop.
Nevrknow
Store envy. Everyone I go to is about the size of a closet! 😂 Even the ones that advertise “ Largest in the state!” Wrong states dudes 🤣 1

Popular Post Rhinoww
Moderately wonky burn on a 2018 MS Tubos. Can’t remember more. Lots of nuttiness on top of the hay. Very pleasant. Need to smoke more of these before I look at what they are going for these days.😂

Popular Post williamthewolf
A little rest did this box wonders. Had a number of unrested Monte MC’s from a tin and a new box (both of which arrived some time in Oct/Nov.). Honestly couldn’t believe anyone would buy these particular at a premium over the HUHC. Well now I get it. This was one of the best small cigars I’ve had and now prefer it to the HUHC. I’d put this neck and neck w/ the D6. It would come down to what I have a taste for. Tons of smoke output too. Classic Monte flavor. Salt, chocolate, coco. And velvety smooth. Took it on a little walk listening to Houses of the Holy.
