It reminds me of my childhood because I distinctly remember my Dad having and using one like that in the days when cigarette smoking was much more prominent in Western society (as in the 1970s).

Evening Smoked at this time not bad, but a little light and hay taste (dry grass) to me. Reminded me more of a CF roll south of the border or a young not ready Cohiba. We’ll just have to see which path the development goes on these IMO…

Absolutely loved the 1 Fundadore I have had so far. Unfortunately, due to cost I was only able to get a fiver, so I'm trying to really pace myself on the remaining 4, but they are just so tempting, lol

It started off with some bitterness that I associate to a young cigar. But the bitterness faded and it developed into a nice flavorful smoke. I expect these to get much better with more time down.
Popular Post smbauerllc
HDM Le Hoyo de San Juan outstanding taste and perfect draw and construction. Burn was a little wavy the entire length, but not badly, and there is a pretty good breeze, so that probably didn't help All around great Cigar. Always enjoyable '16 PLMC Delicious. Very smooth and mellow, yet plenty flavorful. This is one cigar I can say has improved with age, even though I really enjoy the young too Perfect draw, burn and construction An excellent smoke. Glad to have 12 more.

At this time to me, no. 54s has more heavy , rich body and firmer roll. At this time 54s are more bang for your buck, IMHO…

Very much like my childhood too. The era of the crystal ashtray. I remember ours later on being converted into candy/nut dishes when no one was smoking in the house anymore.

Popular Post LLC
I have multiple partial PLPC cabs of various age on the go but I opened a RAT FEB 20 cab to test one out the other day. Good first cigar for being so young. Happy with the result as I have a few cabs with this box code.

Popular Post smbauerllc
RyJ Cazadores Very tasty and always and perfect draw, burn and construction Great smokes for the price '11 AF Hemingway Short Story Very tasty. After 10 years, still pretty much the same as recent production ones, aside from a bit of that unique, indescribable aged taste. Perfect draw, burn and construction Very tasty, but doesn't seem to change much with age, so not really worth waiting for. LFdC PC Pretty tasty. Slight hint of woodiness which I always like. Draw was extremely tight even after reaming a decent channel through it with the Perfecdraw. Took multiple puffs to get any decent smoke volume. Burn was wavy, but good Construction, well I already mentioned the tight roll, but was otherwise good. Overall, for a cheap PC, it was pretty much as expected and worth what it cost to me. Hopefully the entire box doesn't have the same tight draws...
