Delicious! Came from a botl sampler I was sent, so unfortunately I don’t know the date code. Have only had a couple due to the price of Cohibas, but I too thought it was a really great smoke

He left us today suddenly after a 4 day affliction of stuff and will miss cigar joy. We smoked RA EL2011, my all time fave cigar in his honour. RIP Blue. CB Sorry to hear about Blue. I had to put my 13 yr old English Setter down last year. They are family

Popular Post smbauerllc
Cohiba Siglo II One of the few cohibas I buy as they are just so expensive. Smoke a lot of 3 packs of Siglo II Tubos Extremely tasty as always and perfect draw, burn and construction These have never let me down Diamond Crown Maximus Robusto No.5 Another with fairly yellowed cellophane Extremely tasty and perfect draw, burn and construction Nice smoke for after lunch Have been consistently good smokes so far Fonseca No.1 Extremely tasty and a solid medium. I have never found any of the Fonsecas to be mild like their reputation. Perfect draw, burn and construction An all around excellent smoke and a nice size. Will definitely be adding a box to my list.

Popular Post RDB
After pitching a washed out D4 from 2014 earlier today, a proper smoke: PLPC from a magic cab TOS FEB 2017. Tons going on here. Dark honey, burnt toast, campfire in the rain. Rich and earthy. Still a little tarry, resinous and bittersweet. These will just get better and better.

Popular Post Glass Half Full
Another "Can't Keep a Good Cigar Down" posting! ...though that wasn't what I'd had in mind, all worked out well in the end :) Sancho Panza Eslavo (ER Serbia; 2015 unknown code as acquired in a sampler). It's both excellent -- and resilient! (thankfully). Enjoyed it in the pool, and then a big gust of wind pushed it off and into the water(!). ...Gave it a minute, re-clipped the head and gave the foot a clean start, and it resumed performing like the champ it is. (This is the second time that's happened, though it's been a while. You'd think I'd have learned to be more careful after the first situation, ...though I guess I learned enough to keep giving it a go!) Well worth saving, though the flavor profile picked up a little salinity in the 2nd half :) It's just like Churchill said, "Never ever ever ever ever give up." :) Hope all's well with all y'all. 25

Popular Post RichG
2016 Connie 1 from the PCC Aged offerings. Lovely smoke, sweet on the draw and salty on the retro. Dark brown, slightly toothy wrapper with light brown around the veins. Not sure if this is an imperfection in a wrapper but I found it interesting looking.

Popular Post smbauerllc
Montecristo No.3 Extremely tasty as always and perfect draw, burn and construction. Draw was a little tight before lighting, but 2 passes from my new PerfecDraw tool fixed it right up. PSD5 Very tasty, just like the No.4 but a little quicker. Excellent burn, draw and construction Still prefer the PSD4, but had several 3 packs of these a vendor was giving with orders over a certain amount a while back. Certainly nothing wrong with them at all though. Nice, quicker little smoke
