Popular Post El Presidente Posted August 16, 2021 Author Popular Post Posted August 16, 2021 I was gifted this in London from memory. La Invicta Petit Corona (Nicaraguan). Just over 12 months in my humidor I suspect. Reasonably priced. I like to smoke Nic/NC cigars from a range of manufacturers particularly in the skinny lines (south of 43 RG). With what I am doing with Nudies/Desnudo, it gives me a line on how we are tracking. Excellent construction on this Invicta.Draw is good and not too easy. Flavours are there but in the background. Light bodied but I am left wanting for a personality. There is a serious hole in the palate encounter that perplexes/disappoints me. Photo is reaching the opening third but it hasn't really changed. If you are a PC or thinner gauge, you really need to make a flavour statement. I am not talking pepper bomb (god forbid a low skill execution) but rather a nuanced delivery of "statement". 30
Popular Post smbauerllc Posted August 16, 2021 Popular Post Posted August 16, 2021 Bolivar Belicosos Finos My favorite Bolivar and one of my all-time favorite cc's in general Excellent taste and perfect draw, burn and construction as usual Really great smokes, very consistent and well worth every penny Diamond Crown Maduro Robusto No.3 At 6.5x54 I wouldn't really call it a robusto, lol Great taste and beautiful, near black wrapper. Perfect draw, burn and construction as well An all around great cigar La Aurora 107 Belicosos Excellent taste and perfect draw, burn and construction Definitely worth the relatively low price 19

I seem to be one of the few who enjoy the Open line. Favorites are the Open Regatas and Open Master. As you said, not a complex or knock your socks off line, but quite tasty and usual Montecristo quality with draw, burn and construction. Don't believe I've had one with any issues yet. Solid smokes for the price imho 19 hours ago, Hotboxx said: Famosos Love the Famosos. Best of the VR's I have had. Even enjoy them more than the generally more well liked Unicos, which is a good smoke, but I enjoy the Famosos better, plus it happens to be significantly cheaper which is a nice bonus 2
