Popular Post Nevrknow Posted July 27, 2021 Popular Post Posted July 27, 2021 I picked up some Monte 2 a while back. After 30 days they ( to me ) were very harsh. Very beautiful but harsh. Being still new around here , I deduced ( from others wisdom )that this MAY be the legs to stand on for aging. I think I was correct. I picked up these aged #2's recently and had to try it ROTT. Well, 3 weeks after delivery. Damn work travel. OLM MAY 15. Smooth as silk and on pointe. Hope more come up but who knows. I do know one thing, I will be getting more to put to sleep since I can now enjoy these while I wait. 30

Purge may not be the correct word. NC make up about .006153 percent of my cigar holdings. I don't buy them but have received a few via trade. I just don't reach for them. I have a little tupperdor that holds about 10 NC and I keep 69rh boveda in there. I don't want to keep this little tupperdor going any longer so I am smoking the NC until they are gone and I don't have to have this separate storage setup. I keep my CC at 72f/60rh and tried storing my NC in there but it negatively affected the smoking experience of the NC. So, long story short, I want to 'purge' my NC from my holdings. So far, I have enjoyed them but I would still reach for any CC in my collection over them, the Padron included. I have seven left. Two likely going down tonight (pictures forthcoming) which will leave me with five. They shall be gone by the end of the weekend and I will enjoy the experience. 2

Popular Post Bri Fi Posted July 28, 2021 Popular Post Posted July 28, 2021 Bolivar Petit Corona ETP JUN 16. There was a very pronounced graham cracker flavor in the beginning that blew me away. Slowly faded at the end of the first third. I usually have to think really hard to get flavor notes. I love when they kick you in the mouth and there’s no doubt. 24

Popular Post smbauerllc Posted July 28, 2021 Popular Post Posted July 28, 2021 1946 Country Club Perfecto Clear Havana Very mild, but no musty taste, and the taste that was there was very good. Perfect draw, burn and construction too Good early morning smoke, and always fun to smoke something from that era Alec Bradley Mundial PL 5 Extremely tasty and great burn, draw and construction. Added to my bookmarks of favorites to buy again Punch Coronas Date unknown, but has to be 2009 or earlier since they were discontinued in 2009 Extremely tasty and very flavorful. Burn needed some correction initially but straightened out nicely. Draw was perfect Construction wise, wrapper peeled a little in 2 places, but not badly, so not a big deal Overall a very enjoyable after dinner smoke 1947 La Prosa King Clear Havana Very tasty and with a little bite on the finish. Mostly a nice woody flavor. Great burn, draw and construction too Definitely an enjoyable smoke, and made extra nice for its nostalgia 24
