Cohiba Exquisitos from sometime between 2003-2005 to finish the day.

It’s OK. Not spectacular but certainly a pleasant smoke.

Mild, woody. Creamy with a fair bit of tang. Salty. Slightly metallic. Draw is a little loose. Possibly past it’s best I think.

Luciano The Dreamer by Crowned Heads. Excellent stick. Complex flavors with a solid medium+ in body all the way through. The Zacapa 23 was equally as delicious.

RAT NOV 19 Punch 48. Always good. 

TOU OCT 18 QdO No 50. Great with an Americano.

UTL JUN 18 Trinidad Vigia. Solid box so far. 

BRE MAY 19 HU Connie A. First two from this box have been outstanding. My unopened box from 13 can probably wait a little longer. Strange thing is I got lots of peanut from this one which I normally find most predominant in the Punch 48.

On a positive note  (following a separate, and less-than-positive posting about box code & date BRE Ago 2018) -- Ending the evening with a RA Superiores ETP Mar 2016.  

Happily, can't say enough good about it.  It's why we live with inconsistencies:  The possibility for perfection is just great when the torcedor hits all high notes.

OSU SEP 2000 Partagas Serie du Connaisseur no. 2.

Had a nudies n3 on Wednesday and I can see some similarities. This one is creamier and more complex though.

Edit: I've had one nudies n1 that was terrible and the n3 that was good but on the sweet fruitier side.

I've had a psdc1 and psdc3 that were quite savoury and very complex. And this is my third pscd2. This one was sweeter, though savoury at times and some of the sweet flavours could have some overlap with the n3. You wouldn't confuse the two blind though.

Anyways the similarities if any are very vague but I can see what they were going for even if I think they didn't succeed.

2019 Monte No 2. Wish I had the box still so I knew the code. Got about 10 left and none have impressed. This one wasn’t bad but nothing to write home about. Will let the others sleep and see how they fare in another 6 months.

Great burn, draw and construction, and certainly wasn't bad in taste, but another that just isn't for me.
