Testing & celebrating the acquisition of my own smoking wing of the house. Had this little gem lying around for 8 or 10 years. It was good, very good, but just not my speed anymore. I like a little less tea/wood and more savory spice. Wondering if I wouldn't enjoy it more younger.

Edit: I felt compelled to add that the last third really woke up and made it an excellent cigar. Still not my preferred flavor profile but could be added to the "I get it" pile

Partagas Capitols from the tin. Second one of these. Better than the first one I had but lots of strength and not a lot of flavor. 
 

TUA MAR 20 RA Superiores. Second from this box and a bit of time has definitely helped.

Short little smoke.

Mainly light tobacco and mustyness for flavor.

Excellent burn,draw and construction

Made a quick after lunch smoke

Slow and steady winning the race on my decking. Day 3 of IPE install in this partially completed covered porch. Probably 2-3 more days for this two man crew fir the floor. Plenty more after the roof gutter painting and electrical work, not to mention a few days of trim. 
Contemplating getting this project finally finished by the end of July. Might be tight. 
Only a month past the far estimated finish date. Can’t yet comment on how far over budget yet. Worth every penny and the wait I think.

Not bad, but the ambient humidity was excessive to say the least and that kind of dampened the experience but I will try another soon when it's more dry, but yeah... very good cigar!

Home craft beer night. The RG Perlas have been a welcomed addition to the rotation. A unique flavor profile for me. The Upmann #2 has been excellent with a bit of aging, BRE DIC 18 PSP from our host.

2020 Partagas D4. Really, really good - nutmeg, chocolate, hazelnuts, bready and leathery. D4 on fire. The last few I've had recently weren't as good, made me question if I should keep buying these, but this one was outstanding. 2020 cigars are smokin'.
