Most smokes I have issues with are due to tight rolls as opposed to plugs, and my Modus II is really only good for plugs and does little to nothing to help a tight roll with its Single barb.

It also appears to be much fatter than the PerfectDraw, and often damages the wrapper on small rg Cigars, which I don't seem to hear about that being as much of an issue with the PerfectDraw

Simply outstanding in every regard.

Taste was incredible, nice appearance and perfect draw,burn and construction

Will definitely be hunting down more of these

Very mild, mellow and smooth, but still retained the typical PSD4 taste, mainly on the finish.

Perfect draw, burn and construction and very nice appearance.

Overall a great smoke in every regard.

It definitely aged well

Arturo Fuente Magnum R 44 Rosado Sungrown

Excellent taste all the way to the nub

Great draw, construction was good other than the wrapper peeling a little bit in the middle, and burn was slightly off the entire length, but not enough to really need correction.

Overall, a good smoke with an excellent taste.

Will definitely be buying more of these, but in a larger vitola so the enjoyment lasts longer

Last few days:  Parti Short (SOU NOV-19) these are already smoking fantastic.  A really surprising RG Panetelas (LMB OCT-19) - during the first half, swear I was smoking a SPNP.  Salt and grilled steak - anyone else tried any of these yet?  Bought them for a cheap 30 minute smoke of just tobacco flavor; was really surprised to get so much actual flavor off of one of these little guys!

Good, as most of my issues are tight rolls, especially in smaller rg Cigars and the Modus is no help for that and anything under like 46rg it tends to crack the wrapper.

Almost went with the Perfectdraw instead of the Modus, but was seeing more good reviews with the modus at the time.

Wish I would have gone the other way

Oh well, they aren't expensive, so will pick one up over the next couple months

Thanks John. Yes I usually use a 9mm punch. The head was pretty round on this one.

QdO Senadores.  These are coming around, not quite there yet.  Great flavors, but still too young.  And the wrapper is a bit fire proof.

This (Cohiba Secretos) is much better ..

Always sucks and is a real disappointment when you get a terrible cigar, and especially a bunch in a row like that.

Are they all from the same box?

As you already know, I'm not a fan of the Vigia but all of the handful I have had tasted fine, they just didn't really "do it" for me

Just recently had my first Esplendidos and it was incredible. It was a 2012 I was generously gifted though, so I haven't tried any recent production ones yet, but plan to pick up a few singles from another forum, to try out and for comparison.

Also a big CoRo fan. Tied with the Siglo II's as my favorite Cohibas.

Punch 48

Excellent taste, fairly mild, and very mellow and smooth

Excellent burn,draw and construction

Flavor did increase a little in the second half.

Overall a great smoke and I will definitely be picking up more in the future

1961 Romeo y Julieta Havanas

Very tasty and flavorful with a little bite on the finish

Burn,draw and construction were excellent

Overall a great smoke and fun to smoke something from a vastly different era

Montecristo 1935 Anniversary Nicaragua No.2

Very tasty. Leaning toward the fuller side a little and with a little bite to it.

Perfect draw, burn and construction, and a solid hour of smoke time.

Overall an excellent Cigar and will definitely buy again.
