Looks like I got a "sick" RG PE (UMR FEB 20) this evening. Received the box about 3 weeks ago, and this is the 1st I've tried. Going to leave these alone for at least 6 months. Flavors of bitter shoe leather & dry wood. Tossed it at the midway point. Oh well, pretty sure they'll come around.

It was my first ever libertador. Usually don’t go for this thick gauge. I have to admit I was impressed by the cigar. It was absolutely hands down fantastic across all dimensions. 

I’m looking forward to smoking another in a couple of months. 

Can’t wait to try, and thx for the post.  I’d never been a fan of the thick RG; however, it I’ve recently come to believe it allows for the smoke to be pulled at a lower temperature,  which  allows for more variety of flavor impressions.  Who knows??  Just struck me over the past few months.

Just ordered my first ever padrons, a 1964 Anniversary Exclusivo Natural And a 1926 serie no.2 belicosos.

They seem to get rave reviews so i suspect that they will be a real treat

Have loved the fresh ones I have been smoking but this one was just excellent.
Great taste and great burn,draw and construction as usual.
Definitely glad I have 4 more left.

@smbauerllc I love the 1964 maduro series. I find the maduro sweeter and the natural more earthy. You won’t be disappointed (other than price). Construction is 100% on and flavors consistent between sticks. Congrats.

Nice. I do like an earthy flavor so it sounds like I won't be disappointed.
Will have to give the Maduro a try next.

Oh yes, you're in for a treat on the exclusivo natural. Haven't tried the 1926 (dislike the available sizes) but found the exclusivo much smoother than the principe. Enjoy!
