I feel that they need at least 3 - 4 years minimum to get the most enjoyment of these incredible pyramids/torpedoes. IMHO BTW, I smoked a “LUB JUL 14” H.Upmann No. 2 last week and it was one of the best cigars I have smoked in the last year. 3

Popular Post Kaptain Karl
Monte 2 from earlier. This one had a bad crack, unfortunately there was a big knot throughout that area and it was a tough smoke. However there was some young brilliance there, I’m extremely excited for this to come into their own! I just had a really incredible development on something that’s been a massive weight on my chest, so I’m celebrating this with a La Trova and some aberlour a'bunadh batch 68...my first bottle of it!

I heard the des Dieux was discontinued years ago, so my hopes for another one in the future are not high! Glad to hear it! They were discontinued in 2014, so not as crazy long ago as some other cigars (like a lot of the lonsdales). Bit of a premium but not off the charts. I know at least one vendor that still has 5 or 6 2013 boxes in stock. Edit: They pop up on Bond Roberts pretty regularly, but sometimes they'll be really aged/vintage and will have that premium, but other times more recent ones will come up.
