Popular Post smbauerllc Posted April 10, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 10, 2021 Juan Lopez Selection No.1 Tasty as always. Did have an uneven burn inspite of correction attempts, but not bad enough to be an issue. Perfect draw though Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk 27

Popular Post gojira Posted April 10, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 10, 2021 Today's enjoyments: SLR Inca OLM DIC 14 Will try to smoke a Petit Robusto once per week from now on to reduce my over stock. Curious how long it will be before I stop. 16 Punch Punch A beautiful custom Churchil. I'm just starting the second third and it's smoking extremely well. 28

Popular Post Glass Half Full Posted April 10, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 10, 2021 Hi All - Having much appreciated all y’all’s (and especially John S’s) occasional and informative reports about the merits of your experiences, I’m venturing forth with one. I began this afternoon with a well aged Connie A, ..but it disappointed (though I surely tried). I believe it was an unfortunate “one off” from the cab ...So, unsatiated, I decided to try one I’d been saving ( a special, single find from Knokke): a La Escepcion panatella (and my first panatella). Wow. It is a revelation. I have always loved figurados (piramides, salomones, etc.) most, and often a thicker RG; however, I now have a huge appreciation for the small ring gage cigar. I encourage all who have not tried them to venture out! ps: The final third is all bittersweet chocolate and the retrohales are a beautiful pepper, light leather and spice! Highly recommended! 30

Popular Post LLC Posted April 10, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 10, 2021 It’s been a good day. Earlier a RAG DIC 17 LGC Invictos. Really like these, too bad I only have a couple of boxes. Great dinner with a bone-in ribeye on the KJ and a very good wine. Followed by a MUR AGO 13 Bolivar Libertadores with an Americano. Perfect cigar after that dinner. 40

Popular Post Goodfortune Posted April 10, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 10, 2021 Medio Siglo UTL MAY 18 Bit of a wonky burn to start, but ended up being one of the best from this box 36
Popular Post Kaptain Karl Posted April 11, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 11, 2021 A very young but very tasty TUA JUL 20 Monte 2! Has a lot of that funkiness to it, similar to that in a Pinot that turns it from a good to a great bottle. I probably shouldn’t touch this box for another 6 months as I think the funkiness, which I am really enjoying, will morph into something special. 36

Popular Post havanaclub Posted April 11, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 11, 2021 Thought I would check in on a cab of H. upmann Mag 46. MSA DIC 17. Haven’t had one in a year or so, and I am pleasantly surprised. But I still feel they need some more time to shine. Getting this woody, sweetness to in on the finish. Anybody smoke these young? They have to be on of the top cigars that smoke incredible aged 8-10 yrs and smoke terrible sub 3 yrs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 30
Popular Post Bijan Posted April 11, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 11, 2021 La Gloria Cubana Inmensos. Thanks to FOH for this. I think it came from the Christmas contest. Light fruit on the retrohale, slightly bitter wood on the palate. About half way now. Smoking it faster than I have any business to. Definitely a lighter cigar. But as with most of the behemoths no complaints about that from me. 26

Nothing wrong with a big RG as long as the cigar has a respectable length. Not a big fan of chodes 😂 I'll save my tears for when they release the first 60x3" CC 😉 2 4

Popular Post Islandboy Posted April 11, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 11, 2021 The blurry thing in the pic is a MEL Dic 16 Sir Winston. Cheers! After an amazing dinner of Kobe Flat Iron steak, an amazing after-dinner cigar...so good. 32
