Haven’t had a BRC in a while and I am really enjoying this one. Very earthy, mushrooms and a subtle roasted flavour akin to dark beer. Wood and nutty notes opened up in 2nd third and stayed strong throughout. Smoked down to nothing, it was a true pleasure, will likely be a strong contender for my April best.
