My first PLPC, courtesy of trade with @La_Tigre Not an aged example, but I still picked up a lot of the often talked about caramel notes. It was rather significantly plugged, which was such a tease because the flavors that I was getting were excellent. It opened up a tiny bit more at the very end and so I skewered it with my perfec draw so as to nub it. There's something special about these pre 98 cigars, they have a taste to them that I've never found in later production. Wood sweetness hint. Enjoy from head to toe. Very disappointed one. Perfect draw. Earthiness and woodiness. But nothing older Well that's a good question and I'm afraid that I can't tell you what it is as it's more of a taste than a flavour. It's kinda difficult for me to put words on it. I only get this taste from vintage cigars. It's the same as when you smoke a Cuban cigar, you can immediately tell that it's a CC if you're smoking it blind, just that it tastes vintage.
