Not something I've done before. This Lusitanias was sublime during a hot bowl of scratch chili and glass of French Rose. A symphony on the pallet. Makes me reflect on those great wines that pair so well with certain foods and can change the complexities. An aged Barolo comes to mind. Classic bolivar, although a tad sweeter and maybe a tad less earthy than the 16 box I have been smoking mostly of late. However, I guess this may change with a bit more down-time ? If I have had this cigar before it would have been a single in Havana but no real memory of having one. This was from a box of 5 I was sent as a prize from our fine hosts last fall. Today seemed like a good day to give it a try. Great construction and overall very good. I may need to be on the lookout for more.
