So 2020 sucked.  A cigar like this is usually smoked to celebrate what has passed.  Instead. I smoke it to hope that the next year sees a return to normalcy and sanity.  This LESF will be accompanied by some 12YO El Dora rum

Anybody try one of these yet? Great first half...got a bit sour last half. Mostly savory with some very slight honey/cinnamon. Expensive. Bought a three pack for holidays. I’d rate it cohiba level but I’m partial to RA, VR, SLR, HU, etc. So maybe I’m low brow.

They are solid. Atabey is even better and slightly cheaper. Specificity the Brujos size thank me later

I've had one atabey and it was lighter/med bodied. Creamy but with reasonable complexity. Enjoyed it but thought it was expensive for the price point. I will probably try another three pack of them for another chance. There are other good connecticuts around $8-10/stick that I think are very close....JDN antano CT, JDN diplomatic one, Aerial (forget the maker)...couple more buried in my humidor that I can't recall. Will def try atabey again. Thanks!

Happy New year to the OZ crew. These El Principes have a dusting of white pepper on the finish which I'm starting to enjoy more. A bit more bite than the MC#5 which have all gone "missing" from the humidor. ? My #4 are gone too for that matter. Time for a Coolidor dive. IMO a great cigar year quality wise.

Monte 2 from the sampler. El Prez isn’t kidding that pyramids are firing on all cylinders! This may be the most flavorful Monte I’ve ever had. Fantastic! 
I have a 6er of the darker wrappers and a box of the PSP claro wrappers. I may have to snag another box while the quality is so high! 
This also has a lot of strength behind it, I could see this aging marvelously.

Possibly my second to last or last cigar of 2020, so make it good. Cohiba Esplendido MUO MAY 14, these are so good with age. Gorgeous day too.

Last month, I came across C.A.'s #1 cigar of 2019 at a local shop, bought it, and thought that I'd give it a try today. I really enjoyed it. Rich, deep flavors. Great burn and draw. The best? I have no idea, but it was certainly an enjoyable cigar.
